T/1410: Train Intact Arrival Register containing 100 leaves each, finished size 14.80 cm X 28.00 cm (Plus minus 2 mm tolerance). Paper to be used Maplitho paper 70 GSM conforming to IS sp ecification:- 1848/2007 or latest for inner pages and Paper Kraft 110 GSM (GR II-finishing) conforming t o IS: 1397/1990 or latest for cover. The book to be printed in Hindi and English bilingual in single colou r with black ink one side as per specimen. Binding:- Two wire stitch on left with Kraft paper. The art wo rk for printing and sample book complete in all respect should be got approved from consignee before bulk supply. PACKING 02 bundles each of 20 Books shall be packed in suitable size 5 Ply Corrugated c artoon box confirming to IS: 2771(Part-1) 1990 with amendments No.1 &2 and style 0620 od IS:6481/1 971. The cartoon box then be closed with khaki Adhesive tape 50mm wide (min) and finally secured b y two nos. nylon strapping of size 13mm wide each side. The edge of nylon straps should be clipped o verlapping each other by minimum 25 mm. Packing slip in A-5 size must be pasted on cortoon box indi cating PO.No & other details in bold letters.
