Description : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of single phase power supply socket box consisting of 4 numbers of single phase 230 V, 3 pin 20 Amps capacity metal clad socket with 1 number of 20 Amps, 10 kA 'C' curve Double pole MCB and 1 number of 40 Amps 30 mA, Double pole RCCB as incomer: 4 numbers of 10 Amps single pole 10kA 'C' curve MCB as outgoing to socket control, 4 numbers of LED type indication lamps for ON indication, 1 number of connector for phase and neutral each, 1 number of 4 way earth link are assembled and pre-wired in metal box confirming to IS:8623/IEC:61439: The metal box should be of size 350 mm length x 350 mm width x 100 mm depth made up of 16 Gauge thickness, sheet steel (MS) powder coated with Siemens Grey colour. The main wiring should be of 6.0 sq.mm. and the branch wiring should be of 4.0 sq.mm. multi stranded ISI marked copper wire. Earth stud should be provided on either side of of the metal box. The box should be provided with necessary fixing arrangements, bolt, nut and washers. Marking should be done in the front side of the box as "230 V AC single phase supply" in RED colour.
