Supplying, installation and commissioning of GPS base Tracking devices with pre installed co mpatible SIM with 3 (Three) years warranty for monitoring of Track Patrolling along with Mapping, customiz ation in software, software installation, Android App, Report generation and Related Assistance as per Railw ay Board Letter No. 2017/Track-1/29/8 Dated. 16.01.2018 strictly follows (Enclosed). The rate including tax es as applicable including following items in addition to cost of device as under: - All liabilities including any recurring charges per device. Rental charges, voice charges, SMS charges, web charges, data charges and others if any for pre-installed SIM per device up to a period of 3 years from the date of commissioning are i ncluding. Replacement cost of each Not working/defective devices as and when required among supplied G PS Tracking device of 3 years period from date of commissioning are including.Other any unforeseen cost s uch as repairing of defective GPS Trackers or other emergent charges (if any) for 3 years from date of com missioning. . Accepted Make/Brand: Stesalit Systems Limited/Sxtreo T57 Seri or similar., details as per Ann exure -A and( 1) GPS device should be supported with 4G network. (2) Bidder must provide details of a tech nical person for repair, maintenance and monitoring of the supplied devices. The technical person must att end software related complain within 24hrs of reporting and repair the device physically within 3 days of re porting."As per attached Specification".
