Item Title: Supply of Water
Item Description: 1. The TDS of water supplied should be below 1200 for general water. 2. Party to provide test certificate on quarterly basis, and in case of any deviation from standard values appropriate action will be taken included termination of PO. The water sample will be provided by HPCL from water supplied by contractor. 3. Water should be of good hygiene quality and pure in all respects. 4. HPCL reserves the right to reject TT if the water quality does not meet the specifications. 5. Party has to supply water through road tankers on Door delivery basis. Including unloading in terminal premises as per instruction from officer in charge 6. The contractor will be intimated for arranging supplies as and when communicated. 7. TT should be driven by driver having valid driving license of appropriate category of vehicle and tanker must be having valid RC and Fitness certificate. 8. Tanker should be in good condition and free from any leakage. 9. HPCL reserves all rights to verify the quantity supplied and if any variation is found in the supplied quantity, then the party has to supply short quantity of water supplied. 10. If the party is unable to procure water as per specifications, then the water may be supplied from some other vendor and appropriate deduction for the water supplied will be recovered from the vendor's bill. 11. Bidders should quote price inclusive of transportation, logistic, unloading charges, Unloading in terminal premises etc. No extra payment will be made. 12. The size of tankers can vary from 10 KL to maximum 16KL. 13. The tanker crew will handle hose connection, valve operation and unloading etc. at site. 14. Vendor to obtain gate pass from officer in charge before entering tanker into terminal premises each time.
