Supply of water by 5000 litre capacity water tanker to Sambalpur City Railway Station for coach watering including water charges, tanker charges, tanker running charges, all lead, lift, labour, taxes, etc. complete with all contractor's cost as directed by Engineer - In -Charge. Total quantity of water required to be supplied: 1 lakh litre per day. 1 lakh litre/5000 litre = 20 trips per day. 20 trips per day X 121 days = 2420 trips. Penalty: If the contractor fails to meet the daily water supply target given by the Engineer-in-charge or his/her authorized representative at site (whether due to mechanical failure, logistical issues, or other reasons), a penalty of Rs.155/- per trip will be imposed on the contractor for the trips shortfall in a day.
