Supply of Tool box for EMU/MEMU Driving cab complete with mounting accessories as per specification given below: Fabricated tool box made of CRCA steel confirming to IS:513, sheet thickness 1.2mm overall size approx. 20"(L) x 8"(W) x 6"(H) with tolerance +/- 5mm. Fully welded/folded construction with no sharp edges, all corners rounded (Radius /- 5mm). Inside surface should be smooth and burr-free. Adequate rigidity to withstand vibration during train operation. Lid & Locking: Top-opening hinged lid type hinges, opening angle 90 degree with latching/stopper. Single point locking system with hasp & stable suitable for padlock. Handle: 10mm SS round bar handle with non-slip grip.

Surface Treatment: phosphating followed by power coating, minimum 60 microns thickness. Colour: Grey/Black or as desired by shed. Floor Mounting Arrangement: 4 base mounting flanges/brackets for grid floor mounting. Supplied with 4 nos M8/M 10 bolts, spring washer, nyloc nuts, Anti vibration rubber/neoprene pads (3-5mm thickness) between tool box and moun ting floor. Arrangement to permit easy removal using top handle. Make: Taparia/stankg/plantex or its equivalent/similar. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
