Item Description: Supply of Test Bed Repair Kit consisting of (i) Supply of Replacement instruments, consisting of 01x Torque Meter 01xRPM Meter 01x HP Indicating Meter 04xTemperature Meter 02xPressure Meter (ii) Supply of a PLC with Analog inputs and Output to calculate Horse Power of the Engine under test from torque and speed input and display on the HP Meter (iii) Supply the following sensor for the above meters 1x3 wire proximity pickup 4x Pt 100 RTDs 2x4 to 20A Pressure Transmitters (iv) Supply of junction BOx of 500x500x200mm, IP55 for fixing on Dynamometer Skid. Junction Box will have 3 Nos of Plug in connectors for quick disconnection and connection of Engine Sensors. Junction Box shall also have required number of Terminals for interface between Panel and Dynamo skid mounted instrumentation. (v) Supply of fuel solenoid valve, energized o open for shutdown of engine under test in case of low lube oil pressure or Over speed (vi) Supply of 12 Window Annunciator unit to generate warning alarms for all parameters being monitored, additionally in case of shut down of the engine (vii) Supply of two numbers of new 19” rack plates for mounting of Torque, RPM and HP Indicators on one plate and Annunciator on other plate ( viii) Supply of following installation materials -2/3 twisted pair shielded wire for connection of all sensors on the skid. -12 Pair shielded cable between Junction Box and panel for all sensors and load cell. -2.5sqmm, 3/C/PVC/PVC cable for connection of Shut down solenoid Valve and Cranking Motor on the skid. -Heavy duty Hamel (Germany) or similar flexible.
