Supply of Hexagon Turned fit Bolts of size M20x165mm. The Nominal diameter of Hexagon T urned fit Bolts is 20mm, Actual diameter is 21.2mm. The each Hexagon Turned fit Bolts of size should be s upplied with 1 nut and 2 washers, GI coated. The bolts, nut and washers should confirm to IS code -IS:3640 & IS:1367, Property class 4.6. The Hexagon Turned fit Bolts supplied should be manufactured and confirm t he IS codes -IS:3640 & IS:1367, Property class 4.6. And the firm should submit the Test report of the bolts fr om Govt./ NABL approved lab. Proper cardboard box packaging should be done while transporting the item from Agency to Consignee, for to avoid damage of item during transit. The Hexagon Turned fit Bolts supplie d should be GI coated. The Identification mark of the manufacturer of bolting assembly and Property class marking to be embossed on top surface of the head of bolt. The Hexagon Turned fit Bolts supplied should al so fulfill the specifications mentioned in the Temporary girder to Drg No.RDSO/B11042 of 26.80m (80ft) len gth and Temporary girder to Drg No.RDSO/B-11041R of 20.40m (60ft).The firm should provide Advance sa mple to buyer's before commencement of bulk supply.The Firm should submit 'Guarantee/Warranty Certific ate' from OEM along with supply, as per IRS warranty condition.The Supply of Hexagon Turned fit Bolts of si ze should be as per the Technical specifications and General requirements enclosed in ANNEXURE-I.
