Supply, stacking and Spreading of stone ballast and other associated works as per Railway's specification and standard between Gomoh to Matari ROR and surface line & Gomoh to Telo Station ROR line in connection with construction of Gomoh Fly over for down train under Dhanbad Division of ECR
Manufacture, supply and stacking of 50mm gauge nominal size machine crushed ballast of approved quality conforming to latest Railway/ RDSO specifications at approved locations on cess/ on prepared formation along newly constructed Railway formation. Note: (i) After supply and stacking, only 75% of the payment shall be released, 15% shall be released after putting into track. Remaining 10% shall be paid after complete track linking work and verification of quantity with quantity as per actual ballast x-section/ profile of the linked track over finished stretches as per direction/approval of Engineer. (ii) Even after complete payment, the contractor is not absolved of their responsibility of preventing the theft/ loss of the ballast and any deficiency shall to be made up by the contractor at his own cost. For any deficiency not made up, a penalty @two times the accepted rate for the deficient quantity shall be recovered from contractor's bills/other payments with Railways.
