Supply of Relay Testing Jig with the following hardware requirement are required to be adhered to for the Relay Test equipment - Test Equipment for QN1 & QNA1 series of relays covering 12F4B, 8F8B, 8F4B, 6F6B, 4F4B relay types. Microcontroller-based Relay Test Equipment with an inbuilt database that would store, prepare & print test results. The requirement also specifies for a HDMI port and a USB communication port. 1) The test equipment should be microcontroller based 2) Should include low noise and high accuracy/high resolution A/D converter 3) The equipment should be provided with a 7" touch screen display for frontend - graphic user interface (GUI) and an additional Liquid Crystal Display (LCD - 16 x 2) - to displays the relay type being tested and the progress of relay testing cycle 4) Should be equipped with a HDMI port for connecting to an external display 5) A Universal Serial Bus (USB) based communication interface to export test data to IBM PC compatibles. 6) A wireless keyboard and mouse 7) A plug board to securely place the Relay to be tested 8) Powder coated mild steel cabinet Inspection : TPI (THIRD PARTY INSPECTION)
