Collection and supply of potable water through contractor's own water tanker mounted on lorry duly collecting water from sources outside the Railway premises and leading to various nominated points of supply in gate lodges for distribution using Contractor's own pumping arrangements etc. as directed by the Engineer's representative with all seignorage charges, lead, lift, descent, filling, transportation, hire charges, power, fuel, labour, tools and plant, consumables, maintenance charges, taxes, losses, disinfection to BIS standards, incidental charges, testing charges of water samples, incidental charges etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's representative. Note: Important Note: 1. Please Refer Clause No.4 of Special conditions of contract for water supply through tankers (attached) 2. Water decanted every week and water meter for each load. 3. Test certificate checked by Engineer's representative to be enclosed along with contractor's payment bill. 4. supply of water for 55 LC gates once in a week upto 26 weeks and supply of water for 52 LC gates once in a week upto 104 weeks.
