Supply of Portable Cable Fault Locator suitable for locating open circuit, short circuit, earth fault, cross fault and low insulation faults in underground LT power cables. The equipment shall employ both Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) and Intelligent Bridge techniques for fault pre-location. The instrument shall have colour LCD display, minimum range of 8 km, fault location accuracy of +/-1% and rechargeable battery operation. Complete with test leads, charger, carrying case and accessories similar to APLAB/Telemetrics Model TFL-B5 or equivalent.
