Description : Supply of populated PCBs and enclosures of RED, YELLOW ( each 190 Nos) & GREEN : 20 Nos. Aspect LED display units and current regulators along with MIL connector to suit for 110V AC LED Main signalling Unit as per RDSO Spec No.RDSO/SPN/199/2010 Revision 1.1 or latest as per enclosed specification. The tenderer shall be a valid ISO 9001:2015 certified unit. The tenderer shall have basic infrastructure such as wave soldering machine, pick and place SMD Machines, Reflow Soldering Machine, Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine. Chromameter & darkrooms. Documentary proof of the same shall be submitted along with the offer. Necessary technical documents as per the enclosed technical specification to be given at the time of sample submission. Stage inspection at supplier's premises & Final Inspection at S&T Workshop, Podanur. Warranty : 5 year from the date of acceptance by S&T Workshop, Podanur.
