Each Pillow Cover should be stitc hed by cotton thread of variety No.12, as per IS:1720/1978 or latest. Border of 3.5cms should be provided o ver&above the size of 47(+/-0.5)cm X 33(+/-0.5)cm. The border should be formed with interlocked stitching. Thus, overall size of the pillow cover should be 54(+/-0.5)cm X 40(+/-0.5)cm.
