NOTICE INVITING QUOTATIONName of Work: Supply of Mifare access cards at RHQ-SR for marking bio-metric attendanceEstimated Cost of the Work: Rs 1, 03, 333.00 (One Lakh Three Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty-three Rupees Only) excluding applicable GST.On behalf of Chairman Airports Authority of India, sealed quotations are invited by Joint General Manager, Information Technology Division, AAI, Regional Head Quarters, Southern Region, Chennai from the authorized dealers/distributor/Service Contractor for the Supply of Mifare access cards at RHQ-SR for marking bio-metric attendanceThe quotation should be in two bid system i.e. TECHNICAL BID and PRICE BID in the prescribed form as per Annex II and Annex III. Bidders are required to submit Technical and price bid in separate envelope as given below:1. Technical bid must be submitted in Envelope ‘A containing Technical specification as per ANNEX II, copy of PAN No, GST certificate, Authorization certificate from OEM, Copy of NIQ document signed by the bidder (With office seal) in all the pages and Technical Brochure along withAnnex-I.2. Price bid must be submitted in Envelope ‘B containing only the Annex-III. The commercial bid of only those bidders will be opened whose papers submitted in envelop ‘A are found to be in order.3. Both the envelopes are to be sealed in another Envelope and marked as ‘Master Envelope super scribed as "Supply of Mifare cards at RHQ-SR & Field Stations for marking attendance" and submitted toO/o Joint. General Manager (IT), Airports Authority of India, Regional Head Quarters, Southern Region, Chennaion or before 09.01.2020 up to 15:00 hrs.Quotation will be opened on 09.01.2020 at 15:30 Hrs. (Envelope-A Only).
