Qualifying Requirements :01)Bidder shall be PHARMA MANUFACTURER OR MARKETING BRAND HOLDER of quoted product / make / brand OR authorized dealer / distributor of MANUFACTURER OR MARKETING BRAND HOLDER of quoted product / make / brand. 02)Bidder shall have license issued by State / Central Food & Drug Administration. 03)Pharma Manufacturer OR Marketing Brand Holder quoted product / make / brand should have current and valid Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate issued by State / Central Drugs Control Authorities. 04)PHARMA MANUFACTURER OR MARKETING BRAND HOLDER of quoted product / make / brand OR authorized dealer / distributor of MANUFACTURER OR MARKETING BRAND HOLDER of quoted product / make / brand should not be under “Punitive Action” taken / contemplated by FDA, Central/State Government or any other statutory Authority meant for the purpose during last financial year. 05)Bidder must have their Distribution Depot / Outlet in western Zone of India i.e Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra and the Union Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
