The AMC is for supply and maintenance of 1739 Nos. potted plants/gamla's on hire basis in various flats/Bungalow and to keep them in good condtion for a period of 24 Months. 2.All the potted plants/gamla's are supplied, maintained and replaced by contractor and shall not be removed from the building without permission of site engineer concern. 3. Any failure or neglect in execution of work as terms & condtions mentioned above shall entail cancellation of contract by competent authority without any prior notice to the contractor. 4.payment will be made in quarterly basis. 1739 Nos. X 24 Months =41736 Nos."
