"Supply & maintenance of Indoor well developed Commercial /precious ornamental potted plants of 1 feet to 5 feet on hire basis at the locations as desired by site engineer. The AMC is for supply and maintenance of potted plants/gamlas and to keep them in good condition for a period of 12 Months. All the potted plants/gamla's are to be supplied, maintained and replaced by contractor and shall not be removed from the complex without permission of site engineer concem. Any failure or neglect in execution of work as per terms & conditions mentioned above shall entail cancellation of contract by competent authority without any notice to the contractor. Payment will be made in quarterly basis 1530 Nos. x 12 month= 18360 Nos."
