Supply, layout, installation, and pressure testing of feeder system for continuous flow of sedi ment-free water for Loco equipment and component pressurized cleaning, as per the following specification s: 1) CPVC pipe 1.5 inch Dia -230 mtrs; (Make- Finolex or Ashirvad or equivalent)- 1 Set. 2) Hand Lever Oper ated Screwed End 2 Pc Design PN40 Renewable Teflon Seat Stainless Steel Ball Valve Size: 32mm (1.25 inc h) - 2 Nos/Set 3) 2.5 sq mm Single 2 core PVC insulated copper cables confirming to IS: 694- 30 mtrs/set. 4) 1 HP V Flow Single Phase Pressure Booster Pump (Make: CRI or Kirloskar or Equivalent) - 1 Nos/Set 5) Fittin gs and accessories: Elbows, Bends, and Reducers (various angles and sizes for layout) - 46 Nos/set 6) Union FTA Joints (for connections and fittings) - 25 Nos/set 7) Concrete demolition, Excavation, pipe laying, Mass c oncrete for an area of 15 CUM - 1 Set, 8) Installation & Pressure Testing of the complete system - 1 Set. Not e: Concealed and surface layout shall be approved by consignee as per site specific requirement before su pply of material and done as per approved layout plan.
