BOQ Item Description: The enclosure shall have sturdy support structure with angle suppors as necessary. Enclosure shall be finished with powder coating, after finishing 10 tanks chemical treatment. Paint shed shall be RAL-7035.
Suitable provisions shall be made in the panel for proper heat dissipation. Air aspiration louvers for proper air circulation shall be provided as necessary.
The panel shall be suitably sized to accommodate all the compor ents, providing necessary air clearance between live and non-live parts, providing necessary working clearance. Incomer shall pe Al busbars. Power Outgoing shall be one 800A, 415V, 50kA, TP, MCCB, TM. Bus bar shall be of Aluminium with 0.8A by sq. mm current dens ty. Suitable Indication lamps for - Phase supply indication and Circuit Elreaker - trip indication should be provided. MCCBs shall be with door inter ocking protection systems. Bus Bars shall have coloured PVC sleeves. 800A outgoing shall be used to feed the 430kVAr, 415V Step-Less PF Correction System complete all as specified anc directed
