Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Replacement And Retrofitting Of 04 Nos. 25Hp, 415 V, 3 Phase, 50Hz Fully Automatic Soft Starter Units For Governor Oil Pump Motors With Over Current, Short Circuit, Phase Loss, Phase Reversal, Locked Rotor Protection Along With Associated Contactors And Components Without Altering The Existing Wiring Scheme, With All The Existing Interlocks, Protections And Commissioning Of The System At Work Site. The 25Hp Drive Used In Soft Starters Shall Be Of Make Abb/ Siemens / Schneider With 25Hp Drive Of Model Pstx45-600-70 Or Equivalent And The Supplied Model Should Have Interchangeability Of Parts And Easy Inventory Management So As To Suit The Existing Governor Oil Pump Starter Panels. Since, The Existing Old Star Delta Panels Installed At Sgs Are Equipped With Contactors, Fuses, Isolator Switching Units And The Same Need To Be Replaced And Retrofitted. The Complete Work Will Be Given On Turnkey Basis And All Incidental Works To Carry Out The Retrofitting Work Of Automatic Soft Starter Panel With The Existing Wiring Scheme Are Automatically Covered In The Scope Of Work. It Is Contactors Responsibility To Visit The Site, Note The Quantity Of Work, All The Incidental Materials And Consumables Required To Complete The Work And Submit The Detailed Drawing. Detailed Technical Specifications And Scope Of Work/Supplies Are Furnished In Section-Iii Of Bid Document Attached In The E - Portal.
