Description : Supply installation testing commissioning of reliable wired train bus in existing EOG/HOG coaches for hauling of trains by locos in push pull mode as per RDSO Modification sheet No-RDSO/PE/MS/AC/0080- 2019(Rev 0) or Latest . The itinerary is given below 1. Jumper double end loco (2Mtr each) Qty4 Set. 2. Socket assembly for loco (3 Mtr each) Qty 4 Sets. 3. Jumper to socket cable assembly for power car (35 Mtr each ) Qty 02 Sets. 4. Socket to socket cable assembly for power car (33 Mtr each) Qty 02 Sets. 5. Double end jumper to jumper cable assembly for coach (38 Mtr each) Qty 18 Sets. 6. Double socket to socket cable assembly for coaches (33Mtr each) Qty 18 sets 7. Installation with provision of aluminium conduit of size 40 mm (Outer dia of grade 63400 confirming to IS:1285 flexible polymide conduit with its end fittings (PA-6) of size NW 23 (Outer dia 28.5mm Plus or Minus 2 mm). Note: UIC 558 compliant cable and UIC 558 compliant connector (Plug & socket ) shall only be used and shall comply UIC 558 and IP 67 protection .The cable should have 22 core (5 quads 4 X1sq mm and 1 pair 2 x 0.75 sq mm) Data cable and zero halogen flame retardant . NB: Any other ancillary items including hardware items required for installation and commission of above items for push pull operation shall be supplied by the firm.
