In Para 3.13 and 3.14 of the Technica l Specification, the word 'Purchaser' shall be replaced by the word 'Railways'. Exact location of Supply, Inst allation, testing & commissioning of IP based Video Surveillance System (VSS) shall be advice by CWM CRW S Bhopal. The words "or latest" in the Name of Work in Annexure-A, Annexure-B and Annexure-C stand dele ted.
