At HJI-Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Passenger Lift of 14 passen gers (952 kg) capacity for G+1 floors (approx. 10 m travel), Machine : Gearless with permanent magnet m otor located in the shaft at the top as per RDSO specification No:RDSO/2013/EM/SPEC/0016 (Rev '2')-2025, complete with all associated electrical, mechanical and civil interface works and accessories, including 1.0 m/s VVVF drive, automatic centre-opening doors (minimum clear opening 700 - 2000 mm), car height 2400 mm, finished floor height 2600 mm, pit depth 1600 mm and headroom 5000 mm; equipped with traction m achine suitable for 952 kg load with 8-19S fibre-core self-lubricating ropes, guide rails, buffers and complet e hoisting/suspension system; microprocessor-based monoblock control panel with closed-loop control, safe ty torque-off, automatic rescue device (ARD), fireman operation, overload protection, emergency alarm/ligh t and all mandatory safety features as per RDSO spec; stainless-steel car with LED lighting, ventilation fan, handrail, voice announcement system, vandal-resistant COP & LOP with digital indicators; including all cabli ng, earthing, testing, commissioning, statutory clearances and handing over, along with 2 years comprehe nsive warranty covering all parts, labour and service. Cost includes free maintenance of two years during w arranty of lift as per RDSO Spec No.RDSO/2013/EM/SPEC/0016 (Rev'2') - 2025 Make-JOHNSON/OTIS/SCHIND LER/Omega Elevators /Techno industries or equivalent.
