Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of High Availability Single Section Digital Axl e Counter (HASSDAC) as per specification and Commissioning of detailed description provided below: - 1. H igh Availability Single Section Digital Axle Counter, Phase-reversal type, complete set, having the 2DP-1SR configuration, as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/177/2012 (Ver. 3) with the Latest amendment and having the latest software, at the time of supply. 2. Inspection: To be conducted by RDSO. 3. Detail descrip tion of HASSDAC: - I. High Availability Single Section Digital Axle Counter (HASSDAC) Phase reversal system with VR/PR box including relays, Clamp with deflector plates and hardware, reset box having the auto-reset facility, dual set of track sensor devices (Tx coil/Rx coil) for one track section suitable for 52kg & 60kg rails and all surge voltage protection and filter- cards II. All track sensors device (Tx coil/Rx coil) should be Base Clamp Type having 15-meter cable length. III. All necessary fitting and wiring arrangements are to be suppl ied and installed by the firm. IV. Transportation of HASSDAC with all accessories from OEM premises to the consignee store is to be bear by the firm. V. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of High Availability Sin gle Section Digital Axle Counter (HASSDAC) to be done by OEM.
