Supply of TWIN BEAM LED HEADLIGHT FOR all CMV/CTMC at all depot of DMRC. 1. So d esigned that it can be retrofit in place of existing head light of CMVs. 2. Weather proof sealing gasket between front mounting plate to make headlight water tight. 3. Front cover glass shall be heat resist ant toughened (TS type) minimum 4.5 mm thick transparent of AA quality. 4. Operating voltage maxi mum 138 V, nominal 110V, Minimum - 85 Volt with reverse polarity protection. 5. LED used should be of SMD (Surface mounted diode)/ Chip on Board (COB) type only. 6. Colour rendering index greate r or equal to 8. 7. LED of Nichia / Osram/Samsung/Lumileds /Cree/Avago make only shall be used. 8. I P - 66 Protection against water and dust provide certificate from NABL/Govt. Approved lab. 9. Surge p rotection feature, heat bearing capacity of driver with minimum efficiency of 85%.
