Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Tools Boxes in conventional (WAP-4) locomotives with the provisioning of Universal lock & Keys as per the enclosed diagram in annexure I. Tools boxes should be provided with clip holder & Velcro straps for detonator container and tool kit respectively. Dimension of Box (L X W X H) : 45 cm X 13 cm X 17 cm. Material of the box: Steel: CRC metal sheet of 18 gauge, IS Specification 513 of 2008. And boxes are to be painted with acid polish powder coated duly cured at heat chamber. N.B : Each box should be provided with three set of universal keys compatible with the respective lock. (One Sample box to be approved before bulk supply.) [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
