Supply, installation, commissioning of Condition Monitoring System for CTRB as per RCF Spec ification MDTS:44415, REV-00 along with Annexure-1, on one 16 car VB rake with following scope of supply / items / service: A. Hardware for one 16 car rake for retro-fitment. 1) ZF Secure Gateway (VCU) - 16 Nos. 2) ZF Heavy Tag, Per vehicle - 128 Nos. 3) Periphery (Antenna, cable & mounting material). 4) Mounting brack ets and hardware for sensor installation and secure gateway. 5) lnstallation, commissioning and training of the rake. B. Conductivity per rake of 16 coaches for 36 months. 1) GSM (Sim-Card) & Data volume. 2) Displ ay via dashboard. 3) E-Mail Notification. 4) Software updates. C. Feature-Connectivity (Axle Bearing Monitor ing) of 16 coaches for 36 months. 1) Data analysis and adjustments. 2) Using and adjustments in algorithm. Note: 1) All types of required wiring/cabling, hardware, clamps for wires, brackets for all the relevant equip ment etc shall be in the firm's scope. 2) All brackets & hardware for mounting of ZF secure gateway (VCU), a ntenna etc. shall be in the firm's scope [ Warranty Period: 24 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
