It shall be of flame retardant ?VW-1, halogen free, good chemical and solvent resistance, operating temperature -55 D egrees centigrade to +125 Degrees centigrade, antistatic material, withstand high voltage, shrink temperat ure 90 Degrees centigrade, high dielectric strength -15kv/mm, tensile strength above10.4MPa.
