Supply of Full Body Harness (FBH) of Class-A type conforming to IS 3521 (Part 1) and Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS) comprising forked twin fibre rope lanyards, each of 1.8 m length, fitted with Type-1 Energy Absorber conforming to IS: 3521 (Part 2).The performance tests of the Personal Fall Arrest System along with the Full Body Harness shall conform to IS; 3521 (Part 6):2021. The complete system shall be tested and certified by a Competent Person recognized by the Chief Inspector of Factories/Director of Industrial Safety and Health for th e purpose of examining and testing Full Body Harnesses with Personal Fall Arrest Systems (Safety Belts).The sup plier shall supply only freshly manufactured harnesses of the year 2026. Each harness shall be permanently mar ked with its unique Serial Number (S.No.), date/month/year of manufacture, batch/lot number, manufacturer's na me/trademark, relevant IS standard marking, and other identification details as applicable. The supplier shall fur nish individual test certificates/inspection certificates for each harness, clearly mentioning the corresponding Ser ial Number(s), manufacturing details, test results, conformity to the relevant IS standards, and certification by th e competent authority. Note: One sample shall be submitted and obtained approval from the consignee before c ommencement of bulk supply. Brand/ Make: Free Fall Safety Industries or Karam or Equivalent.
