Four wheeled platform trolley Size 5x3 feet Load capacity 1000kgs Main chassis frame to be made out from MS angle of size 50x50x6mm dully covered with 16SWG sheet all sheet portions are properly electricall y welded construction and fitted with 4 Nos Wheel of size 16x4 inches and equipped with Double ball bearing out of 4 Nos Wheels Rear 2 Nos. Wheel shall be on fixed machined angle and balance 2 Nos in front shall be directly coupled with turn table arrangement complete with tubular T handle for pulling and painted anti corrosion primer a nd enamel paint finish. Required for Sample. 1. Main frame made up of L angle size 50 X 50 X 6 MM. 2. Top platf orm sheet made up off MS Sheet size 3mm thickness Sheet. 3. Bottom of the platform covered with extra suppo rt cross L angle for wheel reinforcement for that maintaining required capacity reinforcement Size: 50x 50 x 6 m m). 4. Wheel actual shaft shall be made of 25.4 mm OD Thickness, MS Shaft front and back. 5. 4 special solid ru bber tyre tested wheel rubber with double ball bearing out of 4 nos wheels rear 2 nos and wheel shall be on fixed machined angle and balance 2 nos in front shall be directly coupled with turn table arrangement for easy movem ent. 6. One number T type handle bar for easy pulling and turning any other. 7. Platform trolley painted with 2 coat of anti-corrosion primer and with 1 coat enamel paint of grey color. 8. Provision of round table arrangement for ea sy pulling at any direction. [ Warranty Period: 60 Months after the date of delivery ]
