BOQ Item Description: Supply fabrication and erection of 10 inches Class B GI PIPE LINE The job involves Supply fabrication and welding of Approved make GI pipes of class B Different sizes as per sign requirement as per IS 1239 and IS 3589 Part1 Latest Edition, with ThreadedorBevelled Ends in vertical or horizontal position at all heights, on existing pedestals, including cutting, threading, bending and joining with Class B GI fitting with threadedor welded ends such as tees, bends, unions, elbows, reducers, sockets, check nuts, plug bends etc. Providing necessary GI malleable clamps for holding the pipeline on the support and testing the line as specified complete excluding painting the external surface of pipes and fitting. GI coating thickness to be complying to IS 4736. Rate to be quoted in INCH METER for the piping. Note Under the Price bid form, in the line items involving supply, fabrication and erection of pipeline, Vendor to quote rate inclusive of cost of material handling of pipeline to required height or cost of double scaffolding for pipeline handling or erection at heights
