Tender's Details

(i)Test bench should be capable on load testing of hydraulic pumps, motor, valve and cylinder. (ii)up to 250 cc/rev close and open loop pump and motor may be tested. (iii)Control option- Pressure/Flow and secondary/Electrical. (iv)Capable for pressure testing up to 420 Bar. (v)Operation- Central PLC and Data logging. (vi)Drive - Variable speed drive 400 V@ 50 Hz & from 100 RPM to 2400 RPM. (vii)Sensors- Pressure sensor (0 - 600 Bar), Temperature sensor, ï¬‚ow sensors and conditioning monitors. (viii)Mechanical design - Solid and robust design with large sliding doors as per detail speciï¬cation attached. (ix)Reservoir - 1200 litre as per spec. attached. (x)Filtration - Suction ï¬lter 150 micron and other ï¬lters from 3 micron to 10 micron as per speciï¬cation attached. (xi)Noise level - Less than 80 db at 1.5 mtr. (xii)Control system - High performance 64-bit minimum core i3 processor with latest hardware to monitor ï¬‚ow, pressure, speed, oil cleanliness and graphic visualization in GUI and logging functionality possibility to export data in several formats. (xiii)Documentation - Necessary documents as per spec. attached. (xiv)Design will be submitted by vendor for approval and ï¬nal design will be approved by railway before starting the work. (xv)After commissioning, TMD/JHS, staï¬€ (1 SSE/JE, 2 TECHNICIANS, 3 HELPERS). will be trained by supplier for operation and maintenance at TMD/JHS free of cost. Note - Boarding & lodging cost of trainer will be borne by agency/supplier.
