Supply, erection and commissioning of Column mounted Jib Crane having a capacity of 2 Ton, Hoisting Lift 1 5 Mtrs, 5Mtrs radius, rotation 360 degrees (Electric operated). Comprising of (1) Foundation Plate. (2) Nut, Bolt and stud. ( 3) Column arrangement. (4) Locking arrangement. (5) Top Frame. (6) Jib Arm with Tie beam. (7) Electric Wire Rope Hoist with Trolley. (8) Cross travel festoon system. (9) Slip Ring system for 360 degrees rotation. (10) VFD Drive in rotation. (11) Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for smoother operation & Micro speed for hoisting and cross travel. (12) supply of C-track cabling arrangement. (13) supply of Ladder with maintenance platform. (14) Provision of platform. (15) Erection & commis sioning of the above jib crane at our site(Site location) Manly, Farana & scaffolding. (16) Warranty: For equipment involvin g supply & erection commissioning: 12 months from the date of successful erection and commissioning OR 18 months fro m the date of dispatch whichever is earlier. (17) Provide Testing certificates of wire ropes, etc if any. Technical Specificati ons as per Annexure "A" enclosed. Note: The firms with past performance of the tendered/same items subject to submissi on of proof of documents such as POs/R Note are only eligible.
