Supply of potable water to Ernakulam Jn., Ernakulam North, Ernakulam Marshaling yard, Ernakulam Goods, MNTC & amp; Irumpanam and minor stations Railway stations GLR or OHT as and when required by Assistant Divisional Engineer, Southern Railway, Ernakulam Jn. from water sources out side Railway limit with contractors own vehicle. The rate include cost of water and all works such as loading of water at source out side the Railway limit, transporting and unloading of water in the GLR or OHT with contractors own men and equipments. including pumping arrangements if required. Payment will be made based on the water meter reading for which contractor has to make arrangements to provide water meter with inlet arrangements as directed. The water supplied should be of pure and potable as per specifications and as approved by the Engineer in charge. Maximum daily requirement will be approximate 200 Kilo liters. The period of supply will be 12 months from the date of acceptanance of contract The daily supply of water may vary and the contractor should supply the water as per requirement and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge. The maximum supply will be mostely required in summer months of March, April, May and June. (Item one only )
