BOQ Item Description: Supplying of BEE approved 1.5 TR 5 Star rated Inverter/dual inverter type split Air Conditioning unit having nominal rated cooling capacity not less than 5100 watts with copper Evaporator and Condenser coil and Rotary Compressor suitable for operation on single phase 230 V + 10%, 50 Hz AC supply, minimum room air flow 500 CFM and minimum Indian Seasonal Energy Efficient Ratio (ISEER) 5.20, filled with R32 / R410A refrigerant gas with installation kit comprising of standard lengths of copper refrigerant pipes, PU/ foam insulation, drain pipe and interconnection copper cable etc. complete as reqd. Please Note The manufacturers/ suppliers shall give a warranty of the air conditioner for 15 months from date of supply or 12 months from date of installation whichever is earlier. Thereafter 4 years (48 months) additional warranty on PCB (Indoor & Out door printed circuit board) card and 9 years (108 months) additional warranty on the compressor.
