Supply arrangement and lighting of firewood for winter bonfire. Municipal Council, Bhimtal organizes daily bonfires at 13 identified places in the city to protect against cold wave in winter season. Sealed quotations are invited from interested firms/contractors for burning work. 13 per day to the successful bidder. Supply of 25 kg firewood for each place (total 3 quintals 25 kg per day) at the identified places, Arrangement and lighting will have to be ensured. The wood should be of good quality and obtained in the correct manner. GPS tagged photographs of the time the working firm is adding wood to each bonfire every day. It will be mandatory to submit it to the Municipality and no payment will be made without the GPS photo. Rates Material Transportation. Will have to be submitted on per quintal basis including arrangement, ignition and all taxes.
