Base mounted direct current operate Prepaid Ener gy meter having Capacitive touch keypad, Calibration LED & Load controlling feature & provisions for TOD ( Time of Day) tariff and R.T.C. (Real Time Clock). in a suitable tamper proof hinge type Box along with Keypa d with Bluetooth features must be enable in meter or in Freedom/Customer interface unit or in both for ma nually and remotely Token transfer and ABC reading through mobile app OS Android / iOS / Windows. Provi ded mobile app should have a provision of Offline & Online Vending token process. SMS Facility for providin g the vending token to consumer mobile number provision should be there. All Prepaid meters should be pr ovided with integrated cloud system for prepaid energy meter. Warranty of meter should be 10 years from date of Supply. AMC/Annual charges for Vending transaction price included per meter basis for 7years.
