Dismantling of old dilapidated oï¬ƒce chambers, washbasin enclosure, wall of room, corridor etc. without aï¬€ecting the structural integrity of the building with providing and laying veriï¬ed ceramic tiles approved by railway in all colours, shades and design as approved by Engineer- in-Charges in ï¬‚oors and landing over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar including pointing with polymer based group of matching shade complete of size: 300mm X 15mm.
