Unit should have accurately machined alumi num bar with grooved table surface 2. Stainless steel supporter guide rod perpendicular to the base for rigidity. 3. Dust p roof 5" dia (approx.) indicator dial graduated into 400 divisions of 0.1 mm penetration and zero reset to eliminate error. 4 . Hollow 90degree brass cone with highly polished stainless steel tip, removable nut & stem of approx 100 gm weight. 5. Control time accuracy +/- 0.1 Second. 6. with one extra needle 7.
