Supply and installation of Layered and Insulated grid plates and holding fixtures for LED Lumi naries support as per following specifications: Insulation of Aluminum Grid made of 1.5 mm thickness folde d extrusions of size 26 mm width with stainless steel fasteners of area dimensions 1.5 meter height, 11 me ter length, 5 meter width. Cladding the aluminum grid with 12 mm dihydrate Impression plaster boards for a surface area of 55 sq meters, additional extended projection of same dihydrate boards with 4 inch gutter area on inside and outside for a surface area covering 8 meters x 4 meters. Installing 18 mm aluminum pro file casings with polycarbonate diffused casings and linear LED seamless lights of neutral day light color alo ng with SMPS power supply and control unit for 60 running meters. Provision of 12 Nos LED diffused lights o n the above surface with controls. Planning of the above surface application of epoxy fillers and two coats o f premium color coating.
