Supply and installation of heavy-duty sheet metal 4 mm thickness frame designed for housin g of EN 15152, IS 2553-1 & 2, UIC 651, and UIC 566/EN 12663 compliant windshields for the aerodynamic c abs of modified WAP-5 locomotives, as per CLW Specification No. CLW/MS/3/027 ALT6 and associated drawi ngs (1211-01.230-005, 1211-01.330-006, 1211-01.330-007, 1211-01.330-008, and 1211-01.330-009). 1) Th e sheet metal frame conforming to IS 2062 for mild steel or equivalent for heavy-duty structural application s, ensuring durability and impact resistance, appropriate sealing for the windshields using IS 12459: 2003 o r equivalent standard windshield sealants that ensure high resistance to environmental stress and impact, 2) dimension equal to width of WAP7 loco front face end to end windshield combined with support frame-2 nos/set, 3) M 8 size drilling hole for Fixing clamps and fasteners of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or high -strength alloy, complying with IS 1367 for fasteners and IS 1570 for clamps, ensuring secure and vibration- resistant assembly as per frame requirement. Note: All components shall meet the quality, strength, and sa fety standards confirming to UIC 651/UIC 566/EN 12663 standards for locomotives. Frame shall exactly mat ch to the dimensions of windshield keeping adequate tolerance factor. Item required is for 2 cabs as 1 set. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
