Supply and fitment of Modified Locking Arrangement as per RCF instruction letter no. CAI/RC F/MECH/LHB/062 dated 24/04/2024 - MD46151. Modification work to be done in 146 cabins of LWFAC & LW FCWAC Coaches of Coaching Depot PRYJ and CNB Depot. (Quantity Breakup:- PRYJ Depot - 17 Coaches (10 6 cabins) and CNB depot - 5 Coaches (40 cabins). Items which are required to attend the above modificatio n are as follows - 1) SS Tower Bolt as per IS 15833:2009 used for Saloon Sliding Door of LWFAC Coaches, Q ty- 170 Nos. 2) SS Safety Catch as per attached RCF Drawing No. LR51122, Qty. -170 Nos. 3) SS Socket of Tower Bolt as per attached RCF Drawing No. LA56144, Qty- 170 Nos. 4) CSK Head Self Tapping Screw (M6x 20mm), Qty.- 1170 Nos. 5) SS Chobert Rivets (5x20mm) (Multi-grip), Qty. -1820 Nos. 6) SS Locking Sheet ( 2mmx140mmx140mm) as per attached RCF Drawing No. LA56171, Qty.-170 Nos. 7) SS Grommet (t=1.5m m) as per attached RCF Drawing No. LA56173, Qty.-170 Nos. 8) SS Angle (4x40x40, L=200mm) as per atta ched RCF Drawing No. LA56172, Qty. - 170 Nos.
