Note: Firm shall submit the successful passed test reports for the product offered for supply and the test reports shall not be older than 365 days from date of issue of report by laboratory at the time of su pply of material and laboratory shall be figured in any one of the following category list. 1)Laboratories esta blished, maintained or recognized bu Bureau for the product (including group-2 labs as specified under the laboratory recognition scheme of the Bureau); 2)Government laboratories empanelled by the BIS. 3) IS wise list of BIS recognized laboratories; If not complied, the supplied material shall be summarily rejected by Rail ways.
