Supply and application of synthetic acrylic Emulsion paint conforming to IS 15489:2004, inclu ding surface preparation, alkali-resistant primer to IS 109:1992, and surface filler as per IS 1661:1972, for s mooth, durable and weather-resistant surface finish as per detailed specification: 1) Primer: BP Primer WT f or Single coat for 2800 sqft with 100 % acrylic binder & micro fine pigments as per IS 109/1992 ? 40 ltrs/set . 2)Putty: Applying of thin coats of putty to fill in all the dents formulated with alkali resistant acrylic co poly mer IS 1661:1972- 300 kg/set 3)Paint: Royale Luxury Emulsion of 2 coats around 2800 sqft with following te chnical specifications: Non-flammable Enhanced stain resistance and easy clean, anti-fungal protection, Sm ooth finish, Brushing and Rolling application, Drying time: 30 min, Gloss / sheen levels: 1-10 at 60 deg GH. Shelf life: 3 years Make: Asian paints Royale Luxury Emulsion or equivalent grade of Dulux or Apcolite only - 60 ltrs/set. Note: surface preparation and smooth filling of uneven surface shall be ensured before applicati on of Acrylic paint. RAL colour code shall be got approved before effecting bulk supply.
