Material must be procured from approved vendors who are already supplied the same in various Railways in the last 4 years (2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026). The CRN copy of the same item must be provided by the bidders as a proof of supply for technical suitability. T he bidder should mandatorily submit tender specific authorization letter from approved vendor with their of fer, otherwise their offers will be summarily rejected. Offers received without Make/Brands or with vague m entions like ' as per tender ' will be summarily rejected. Warranty period: Upto 30 months from the date of supply.
