Supply of Adjustable Spanner, conforming to IS: 6149-1984, Grade-II, of nominal length 305 mm (12 inches), suitable for tightening and loosening of nuts, bolts and fittings used in railway track, works hop and maintenance activities. The spanner shall be manufactured from high-strength forged carbon steel or alloy steel, duly heat treated to ensure adequate strength, toughness and resistance to wear. The adjust able jaw shall have smooth and precise movement, with proper jaw alignment and minimum play under loa d. The spanner shall have a corrosion-resistant finish such as blackened, chrome plated or equivalent, suita ble for repeated heavy-duty field use.
