1. The unit shall be Top or Bottom discharge type
2. Humidification package and its controls are excluded in the unit. Hence the rates may be quoted without humidification package.
3. The price quoted is inclusive of all control cables and suitable MS frame work for the indoor unit
4. Make - Any BSNL approved make Emerson or Sidwal or Stulz or Schneider or any subsequent approval by BSNL Corporate Office till the date of sale of tender shall be accepted
