Scope of Work i. Supply of 3-Ton Electric Forklifts, and carrying out AMC for 07-years period (reckoned from the date of completion of one-year warranty period or 2, 000 hours whichever is earlier). ii. AMC (Service excluding Spares): AMC will commence after the warranty period of 12 months or 2, 0 00 hours whichever is earlier. AMC shall be carried out on daily basis for each Forklift by deploying one m anpower for each shift, i.e. minimum 03 manpower for three (03 shifts). Each manpower has to be given a weekly off, hence 04 Nos. manpower shall be provided to compensate the weekly offs. The duration of AM C is 07 years which will be reckoned from the date of completion of one-year warranty period or 2, 000 hou rs whichever is earlier. iii. During warranty period, the contractor shall carry out monthly schedule maintenance of each forkli ft and submit the service report of the same to Engineer-In-Charge. Failure to carry out the schedule maint enance during warranty period shall be dealt under penalty clause 4.11/Section-D. iv. Providing of manpower to carry out Preventive, Scheduled, Breakdown Maintenances, and to provi de service support by providing manpower to carry out Major Overhauling, Minor Overhauling, Repair of va rious Systems & Components of the forklift either due to normal wear and tear or any type of accident irrespective of reason/cause for a period of 07 years during AMC. However, AMC does not include providing of spares, batteries, chargers, consumables, lathe work charges, fabrication charges etc. of the Forklifts.
