BOQ Item Description: Supply of Ductable type Concealed Ceiling or Wall Mounting type 1.5 TR Capacity Inverter type Split Air Conditioner unit with Rotary Scroll type compressor and minimum cooling capacity not less than 18000 BTU Hr with minimum EER 9.5 BTUwhr and having static pressure not less than 45 Pascal and the AC unit with precharged Ecofriendly R410A Or Equivalent refrigerant gas with 3 Meters length of copper refrigerant pipe with foam insulation as per the standard IS specification. The Copper refringent pipe beyond 3 Meters length shall be paid extra on actual linear measurement basis. The Evaporator Indoor Condenser Out Door coils shall have copper refrigerant tubes pipes only including supply and fixing of powder coated Air deflection grill of suitable gauge MS sheet for closure of the above AC units supply Air portion including necessary associated items as required and including AC unit transportation to sites at various location under Karnataka Telecom Circle with loading and unloading topping up of refrigerant gas if necessary including 2 Nos Mandatory Free Service to be carried out during First year ie From actual date of completion of SITC work etc. as required. Rate shall be inclusive of GST. Warranty and makes shall be as per ATC.
